Products Laying the groundwork for a connected, sustainable future
Our work makes it easy to connect to trustworthy, plug and play data and use it to power a wide array of models and apps; including ones we build ourselves.
Our app prototype is launching soon. Be among the first to explore how integrated, actionable data can drive decisive action.
We’re building Transition Digital to improve insights on climate, nature, and development. It has two parts: a modular app that delivers trusted data, and a toolkit that makes it easier and faster to build high-quality digital tools. Together, they connect data, models, and apps for better, cheaper decision support.
The app for climate, nature, and development insights.
Our forthcoming application prototype is driven by a simple insight: as the climate and nature field moves from awareness to action, decision-makers need a trusted interface to guide that transition. Focused initially on Brazil, the prototype is designed to help decision-makers access trustworthy, integrated information, all in one cohesive experience. Highlights include:

The app is for decision-makers who rely on data to drive strategies and solutions, including:
- Legislators, government officials, and policy consultants seeking to make and respond to climate policies and commitments
- Businesses seeking to integrate climate action
- Civil society holding governments and businesses accountable
Connect to trusted data to build better tools faster.
The Builder’s Toolkit makes it easier, cheaper, and faster for diverse actors to create digital solutions in climate, nature, and development. It raises quality, lowers barriers, and expands who can build—from governments and multilaterals to civic technologists, journalists, and startups. It connects data to data, and models and apps to this shared resource—creating a seamless, trusted path for search, modeling, and decision support.
At its core is a shared knowledge graph. It is for climate, nature, and development action like Common Crawl for language models or the Protein Data Bank for AlphaFold. It is not generic. It is designed by climate and nature experts, built by and with the community and organizing knowledge in a way that can be put to work by policymakers, businesses, and civil society. It can power applications that summarize policy with GenAI, generate social media content, drive public dashboards, train AI models, or support decisions in parliaments and ministries. Everyone can build these applications. This is not a single tool. It’s a composable infrastructure layer: the missing piece that helps people and machines see the way forward. Built collaboratively, maintained openly, and designed for reuse across sectors.

The Builders’ Toolkit is for powering apps and making data on climate and nature accessible for AI and specialized models. Users include:
- Organizations and developers building climate and nature action apps
- Researchers exploring pathways to progress in climate and nature
- Groups seeking to train and deploy models of climate and nature action
